Morgan & West Lecture at Magicbox
Morgan and West are a fantastic double act from the victorian era. Performing together for over 10 years they have developed amazing routines and performances that will make tonight’s lecture one of the highlights of the year.
They have been on Penn and Teller’s Fool Us twice and fooled them once. Their fooler performance involved the fine-cutting skills of black paper to create a silhouette. The second time which didn’t fool the pair was a coding routine. Secretly sending answers across the room to divine objects.
Morgan and West have released a brilliant hardback book “Parlour Tricks” which is so well written. Outlining every part of the routines, from stage guidance, scripting and the methods involved. They have also released a DVD set about coding “Decoded”. Although the exact information on what the duo will be lecturing for us isn’t released we believe that they will be sharing some code work with us.
This lecture is free for members of the Newcastle Magic Circle.
Guest Fees are £15.00. If the visitor is a member of another magic club then it’s £10.00.
